Review: MAC Lipglass in "Red devil"

Hi friends.. :-)

Today i'm gonna do a mini review of the MAC lipglass in "Red Devil".I bought this online from Allcosmeticswholesale.com website.

Price: I don't know it's original price but i bought it for 16.99$ which is nearly 770/-

This lipglass was a part of  "Brunette,Blonde,Redhead" collection by MAC which was out in 2009.This lipglass was released under "Redhead" part of that collection.So this was a limited edition item.But one day i found it on that website and i instantly fell in love with it and added to my shopping cart without a second thought.After the parcel arrived i opened it and kept staring..staring and staring and couldn't take my eyes off it! that's how pretty it was! <3

See the pretty gold shimmers? <3  it comes with a doe tip applicator(looks orange in the pic but its not)

Shade description: Deep pinky coral with fine gold shimmer.

Texture/Consistency: Slightly sticky and thick consistency(which makes it long lasting)

Coverage: Single swipe = Medium and 2-3 swipes = Full (depends on how pigmented your lips are)

Colour payoff/Pigmentation: Good.

Flavour/Smell: MAC's Signature flavour.. i.e., Vanilla. YUM!! :D

Staying power: 5-6 hours. starts fading a li'l bit after 4 hours.It doesn't completely fade off even after meals and long hours of wear.It leaves behind a lovely shimmery pinkish tint..and the shimmer is so fine that it doesn't look odd at all.<3

Swatch: This is just single swipe! I tried so hard to capture the true colour of the lipglass and this pic came out real good and very very close to the true colour! like 99%! yaaayyy! :D

This gloss is quite moisturising and it did not did not dry out my lips at all.Infact my lips felt fully moisturised even after 7 hours!! Cool! isn't it <3

Boo boos:
                *Some people may not like the sticky and thick texture of the gloss.
                *May need a li'l touchup after 5 hours if you want the true colour.

Other than that i didn't find any major issues with this gloss..May be because i love it too much! He he he.. :P :D

Coastal Scents Haul

Hello everyone.. :-) please don't mind my another haul post guys.. I actually wanted to post the allcosmeticswholesale.com shopping details.But suddenly today i recieved this package and my friend noopur wanted to see the pictures.so here it is..(click pics to enlarge)

It came in a huge cardboard mailing box which was quite sturdy.I compared the box size by placing a small scissors. :P

Plenty of paper rolls were stuffed inside the box so that the items won't move while shipping.After removing those paper rolls there were two separate packages rolled in pink and white paper each.some extra items were kept separately without any extra packaging

he he.. my shiny was a bit curious about the contents :P

The pink packaging had all the brushes,mineral foundation samples and gel liner.

And the white packaging had the mirage palette,two mica samples and brush guards pack.the palette was securely packed in huge roll of bubble wrap whose 'bubbles' were also huge! :D

After unwrapping the palette i was a bit scared..you can easily guess why i was scared by looking at the pic below!

Inspite of the careful and secure packaging,an eyeshadow was broken!whole palette became so dirty due to that.

Anywayz..i cleaned it up and here is the clean pic of the palette..

This was the cute small free eyeshadow sample that CS gave me with my order.. how sweet na.. <3

Huge Online Haul-Camerareadycosmetics.com, Allcosmeticswholesale.com, TKBtrading.com and Ebay.in

Hi everyone.. :-) last week i recieved all of my online orders i placed in 4 different websites.Thought of sharing it with  you all..So, here it is..

1) Camera ready cosmetics: I bought a foundation palette,three mini liquid foundations,two mini eyeshadows(all from yaby) and an Eve pearl salmon concealer trio.

2) All cosmetics wholesale: i bought four MAC brushes(263,217,219 and 239) and a MAC lipglass in "red devil".

3) TKB trading: from here i bought lot's of kit material like stackable jars,tin pans,colour wheel,three micas,silica spheres,a mini empty palette,melter cups and etc.,etc.,

4) Ebay.in: i bought NARS "albatross" highlighter from an awesome seller! (i will talk about him in another post).

Why am i MIA!?

Hi everyone.. i know i am MIA after my first post.I am sooooo sorry for that guys..i am really caught up with some orders and other stuff that i am unable to write any posts right now and i don't want to write any random useless post just to keep my blog running.so once all that stuff gets sorted out i will start posting here.i promise you all that after monday i will post regularly.hope you all understand  :-)

My introduction & My first post!

Welcome to my blog :-) Happy Valentines Day <3  On this 'Love day' i decided to start my blog.My name is Sireesha and i am an aspiring makeup artist.I am a typical middle class indian girl and was always in to artsy and creative stuff right from my childhood and as i grew older i developed a keen interest on makeup.But i never knew what the exact destination of my life was due to lack of information and exposure to real deal world.I always used to think that there is no life beyond MBBS,IT,Engineering and many such academic career oriented courses of which we get a daily dose right from our pre-school days.None of them were my cup of tea! These were like 'boundaries' and even now majority of the people in our society think that "one who crosses those 'boundaries' can't lead a respectful and secure life". I used to get frustrated with all the pressure put on me.So i almost decided that my life can't go beyond those 'boundaries'.

But one fine day my dad decided to get internet connection and that was like a kick start to all my fascinations and dreams.I discovered youtube and satrted watching all the awesome makeup tutorials by various people.One day i saw a video by "marlena" of "makeupgeek.com" whose title was "how to become a makeup artist".That video was the turning point of my life! It was after seeing that video that i realised there is this thing named 'makeup artistry' existed in this world!! After reading the title of that precious video i realised that my destination was "makeup" and i wanted to become a 'makeup artist'!

Since i live in a small town and could't afford to go to a city and join a makeup school i decided to learn it on my own through the internet resources.I watched thousands of videos and read hundreds of blogs and gained knowledge about the subject.After that i wanted to start my own freelance work.This is where the main problem popped up! I wanted to buy affordable material for my starter kit and there was neither an indian website selling such stuff nor a single indian makeup artist who threw light on this subject and explain how they got started without spending a bomb on makeup schools and expensive material!! After a lot of research the only option i was left with is to apply for a credit card and buy from international wholesale websites.So i thought i should help girls like me out there with whatever i know and whatever is working out for me.Hence this blog was born.

Here in this blog i am going to take you all along with me on my journey to become a freelance makeup artist and share all the tips,tricks,ideas,sources for material,products useful for the kit,getting started and more.Hope this helps all the aspiring makeup artists out there.Thank you so much for stopping by and i hope that you all will bless,love and support me. :-)
